• Timeframe: Returns or exchanges accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have their original tags.
• Process: Email us at bazicsegypt@gmail.com with your order number, your order shots, and reasons for return.
• Pick‑up & Shipping: We’ll coordinate your return via designated courier (you cover shipping).
• Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days through one of our electronic payment methods (Visa, MasterCard, InstaPay, or Vodafone Cash), excluding the initial delivery cost.
• Exclusions: Discounted or sale items are non‑returnable and non‑refundable.
